We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for real estate, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, engaging directly with clients, and overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with project goals.
• Engage with clients through meetings, site visits, and detailed project presentations.
• Negotiate contract terms and successfully close sales deals.

Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular performance reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales, with managerial experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, target-driven, and focused on delivering excellent customer service.
