1. Having good in contracts handled experience in Civil – Water proofing, Hard and Soft Scape Works, Interiors and MEP Services – STP, LIFTS Knowledge). 2. Having Good Knowledge preferably in High Rise Building industry and Infra Structures industry 3. Having Good Knowledge for finalizing the Commercial terms & conditions in line with legal Compliances, safety Norms, Budget, and time deadlines. 4. Understanding the Scope of work , execution methodology , Costing analysis, Estimation of work completion and consultation with clients and third parties, before drawing up legal documents to outline terms of service and project deliverables. 5. Should play a vital role for coordination between the Business and third parties to ensure timely review and approval of any variations. 6. Must have Good experience in all procurement functions for Real Estate industry, Good Knowledge in Contracts Costing, BOQ analysis, Scope of work and negotiations. 7. Ensure the organization’s internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained. 8. Meet with customers to discuss both legal and business matters. 9. Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation. 10. Create, prepare, review and edit all contracts. 11. Collaborate intra and inter departmental activities (Projects/ PPC/Stores/end users/technical / commercial / administrative / financial/accounts). 12. Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. 13. Provide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunities. 14. Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes. 15. Evaluate competency of new Contractors. 16. Draft and revise a variety of contracts with Contractors.
