Job Title: CRM Head

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic CRM Head to lead our Customer Relationship Management operations at our Bachupally location. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in post-sales customer engagement, team leadership, and process optimization. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience from booking to handover and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date customer data and ensure timely follow-ups and communication.

Lead and manage the CRM team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Oversee the entire post-sales process, including documentation, payments, customer communication, and handovers.

Develop and implement efficient CRM processes and SOPs to enhance customer experience.

Address customer queries, resolve escalations, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Legal, and Projects to ensure smooth operations.

Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in CRM or customer service roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.
